WHO YOU ARE
We’re on the hunt for the fourth member to join Peakon’s Revenue Operations team. We’ve spent the last few years busy acquiring customers, and have invested a lot of energy in the tools, data and processes that sit behind that hockey-stick(ish) growth. We are now looking for someone to bring the same level of care, creativity and attention to our post-sale experience. Improving the day-to-day efficiency of our customer success and support teams is essential, enabling them to provide a world class customer experience.
You will help build processes from the ground up, share responsibility for the integrity of our data and take ownership of Peakon’s post-sale tools and best practice. Thinking like a computer will only get you so far, the main part of this role requires a human touch. Your responsibilities will require close liaison with members of the global Sales and Customer Success teams, at all levels. You’ll gather requirements, provide training, present your ideas and use a blend of qualitative and quantitative feedback to help refine our post-sale processes. All of this will help us learn and become more efficient as we scale.
You’ll be working with a variety of stakeholders on an ever-evolving set of projects, no two days are the same. Ideally, you will have experience optimising internal processes and workflows before. You’ll be working as a key member of the Revenue Operations team. We triage as a group, bounce ideas around and support each other on the technical side to build solutions that scale with Peakon.

Our ideal candidate...
- Analytically minded with a dash of scrutiny, eager to learn, and motivated.
- 1 year minimum experience in Salesforce administration, preferably two and in a SaaS business
- Experience with Gainsight, Service Cloud, Community Cloud a big advantage.
- Experience generating and analysing reports through a business lens
- Experience with data visualisation tools beneficial such as R, Tableau, Looker
- Good problem solving skills and logical mindset
- High attention to detail
- Good communication skills, for training and presenting
