Description

We are currently seeking talented; service oriented and commercially focussed individuals to work in our Farringdon based office. This is a mission critical role to the success of renewing and expanding client accounts. You will work closely with the Sales leadership team, Account Executives and the Customer Success team reporting directly to the CRO. The role covers promoting and executing on various opportunities for focused touch points with existing clients and responsibility for confirming contract process for renewals. In addition to providing important logistical and administrative support to the sales team, the renewals manager has an important part to play in tracking client utilisation within their pool of accounts and will be building relationships with various product and customer success teams as well as client contacts to ensure Peakon has the opportunity to engage and impact in an inclusive and expansive fashion.
