WHO YOU ARE
Our company is growing at a tremendous pace, so it’s essential that the processes, tools and data that support our teams are efficient and reliable at scale. That’s why we are looking for someone to join our Revenue Operations team and support our sales and marketing functions by equipping them with everything they need to help maximise their performance.
You will help weed out inefficiencies, build processes from the ground up, be responsible for the integrity of our data, and identify the areas of our business that require our attention. Other responsibilities will include communicating performance and process changes to the wider team via dashboards, reports, presentations and training sessions. You should be analytically minded with a dash of scrutiny, eager to learn, and motivated.
In this position you’ll sit in the Revenue Operations team and will work closely with the CRO, Sales Directors and the wider sales and marketing teams. Ideally, you will have experience optimising internal processes and workflows before.

Our ideal candidate...
- 1-2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration (any certification welcome), preferably in a SaaS business
- Experience generating and analysing reports through a business lens
- Experience with data visualisation tools beneficial such as R, Tableau, Looker
- Experience working with databases and APIs is a plus
- Good problem solving skills and logical mindset
- High attention to detail
- Good communication skills, for training and presenting
